Welcome to Nursery!

Last half term we celebrated Chinese New Year. We learnt about the customs including dragon dances, fireworks, lucky envelope exchanges and parades. We heard the story about the Chinese Zodiac signs and found out which animal we were by looking at the year we were born. We had a busy time with arts and crafts, making masks, dragons and Chinese paintings. To end the celebrations we tried some Chinese food using chopsticks. We all loved the prawn crackers and noodles the best!
