Who's the SENDCo?

Mrs Carly Cook is the school's SENDCo. She is able to discuss any concerns you many have regarding your child's development.

If your child currently attends our school and you are concerned about your child's development, you may contact Mrs Cook via email c.cook@st-wulstans.lancs.sch.uk or using the Class Dojo messaging platform.

If your child does not yet attend school and you would like to learn more about how we can support your child, please contact the school office: 01253 874785. Mrs Cook will be happy to meet with you.

Our Inclusion Team at school consists of:

Miss Ormerod - Deputy Headteacher

Mrs Cook- SENDCo

Mrs Rachael Whewell - Family Support Worker

Mrs Carol Crisp - Family Learning Mentor and Nurture Lead

Ms Jade Parker - Attendance Caseworker

All members of the Inclusion Team are able to refer into a variety of services to support your child's educational needs, mental health needs as well as family support needs.

Depending on the needs of your child or family, you may be signposted to other members of the Inclusion Team to receive the most appropriate support.

If your child suffers from a medical condition or allergy, a medical care plan meeting is needed. Mrs Cook is responsible for ensuring that children have their medical and allergy needs met whilst children are at school.
